Last week, Instagram removed this photo of Susanne Katz two times stating that it violated their community standards. The photo was immediately reposted on Humans of Judaism’s instagram page which added more attention to it had Instagram not removed it. The Humans of Judaism photo received thousands of likes on instagram along with many comments directly to @instagram voicing frustration and upset with the removal of this photo. This caught the attention of the Anti-Defamation League and they too protested to Instagram.
The photo has since been restored to Susanne Katz’s Instagram page.
