Shanah Tovah – happy Jewish new year!
79 years ago, my great-grandmother, Lily Ebert, was in Auschwitz-Birkenau on Rosh Hashanah. Today, at 99, she celebrates with 37 great-grandchildren.
We hope that we can all have a sweet new year, full of health and happiness.
