Today, November 30, we remember the plight of the 850,000+ Jewish refugees from Arab countries during 1948-1978. Jews in Arab countries faced discrimination, violence, land confiscation and many other forms of persecution. This is my gorgeous 100+ yr young Savta Mazal originally from Yemen. She escaped in 1949 to Israel and with many challenges restarted her life and now has 318 direct living descendants and counting! We are here to stay! Am Yisrael Chai!
