This is my gorgeous 105+ years young Savta Mazal, originally from Yemen. Between 1948 and 1978, over 850,000 Jewish refugees from Arab countries escaped to Israel after facing discrimination, violence, land confiscation, and many other forms of persecution. Savta Mazal escaped to Israel in 1949 and despite many challenges, restarted her life. Today, she has over 450 direct living descendants and counting! We are here to stay! Am Yisrael Chai!
