Israel wins this year’s Eurovision Song Contest!
Netta Barzilai – נטע ברזילי, Israel’s Representative at the 2018 Eurovision Song Contest, was up against 26 other countries in the Grand Final yet managed to win this year’s prize in Lisbon, Portugal. Tonight was Israel’s 4th win and 1st since 1998. Israel will host next year’s Eurovision Song Contest, seen each year on TV by 200 million people. “Next time in Jerusalem!” Barzilai shouted after receiving her prize.
