Today is the saddest day on the Jewish calendar, Tisha B’Av. The significance of this day is to mourn the destruction of both of our Holy Temples and various other tragedies in Jewish history that occurred during this time. Once Tisha B’Av is over, tens of thousands of people gather at the Western Wall to mark the end of the three-week mourning period.
