“In Israel, in order to be a realist you must believe in miracles.” And believe in miracles he did. David Ben-Gurion, one of the primary founders of the State of Israel and the first Prime Minister of Israel, was born on October 16, 1886. On what would have been his birthday, we pay tribute to the man who dedicated his entire life to providing a home for the Jewish people.
