A full-circle moment. Eleven years ago, was the worst Thanksgiving weekend of my life. My family and I were sitting shiva for my father. In his memory, I started Humans of Judaism to share positive and educational Jewish stories on social media. Less than six weeks ago, the Humans of Judaism book was released, continuing the journey of celebrating our identity and preserving our history.

Today is one of the best Thanksgiving weekends of my life. I am profoundly grateful to the Weitzman Museum for opening this meaningful exhibit, Humans of Judaism: Portraits of a People. Our stories are now proudly shared in the National Museum of American Jewish History. The gallery will be on display through February 1, 2025.

I continue to be thankful for this project and the opportunity to do something meaningful in tribute to my father. May his memory be a blessing.
