This was my mother at 96 years old, Auschwitz survivor Esther Klein. Just a typical day for her, keeping busy baking rugelach, cheese delkelach, apple struble and challah. All on her own (she lived alone). She admitted that she sat while rolling the rugelach! Oh my! Mom passed away in December 2022. May her memory be a blessing.
