This is my dad. This is exactly how I remember him. No matter where he was he always committed himself to talis and tefillin everyday. I remember this moment, sitting in the airport and just smiling at my father with such pride. This is my dad and he is the reason I started Humans of Judaism. He not only inspired me to start this page but his devotion to Tefillah and Tefillin helped me start the tefillin selfie hashtag, #Telfie. To me this is the original Telfie and one of my favorite Humans of Judaism. I miss you dad.
