They had been previously married to other people before the war that’s why my grandmother isn’t wearing a wedding dress. They managed to get out of Hungary in 1956 and started a new life in Brazil. The photo on the bottom was taken 2 weeks ago when I visited the great synagogue of Budapest, where they were married. Is was very emotional for me.
