Before her 104th birthday, Holocaust survivor Shoshana Ovitz had one wish: to celebrate the occasion at the Western Wall, surrounded by all of her descendants. Shoshana survived Auschwitz and later met fellow survivor Dov Ovitz, who had lost his first wife and children in the concentration camps. The two married in Austria before moving to Israel, where they started their family. This photo of Shoshana with nearly 400 of her family members is a testament to her survival, the strength of the family she built and a reminder that Am Yisrael Chai. Shoshana passed away the following year, at the age of 105.
