Rabbi Nochum Katsenelenbogen of Chabad Owings Mills laying Tefillin and saying Shma with Sheldon (Shabsi) Griner, a Holocaust survivor on top of an Israeli army tank, assisted by a loan IDF soldier.
Mr. Griner was born in 1938 in Lublin, Poland and was saved by a non-Jewish family who hid him during the war.
