An unspeakable emotion lighting Chanukah candles with beloved Holocaust survivor Andor Stern. When I came across his arm that lit the candles was the same tattooed by Hitler, I realized that this is our revenge, we didn’t fight with tanks and guns, but rather, spreading light, love and kindness to the world.
Chanukah’s miracle is not just that the flame shone eight days, but that the flame continues to shine more than 2,000 years, and it will shine forever, because no one will be able to put out the flame of Judaism.
